Terms of Sale:
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the patioheaters4u.com web site.  Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference.
All prices quoted are for new products; prices are in pounds sterling and include all taxes at current rates. Delivery on Patio Heaters will be charged separately to any mainland UK address
In the unlikely event of a price change after you have placed your order you will be contacted by one of our sales advisors and informed of the new price before the order is processed. You will then be given the opportunity of either carrying on with the purchase or cancelling the order.
Payments:
Payments are accepted on most major credit or debit cards via our secure server. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch. Cheque's made payable to Urban Industry Ltd. can also be accepted, please allow for cheque clearance prior to the release of the goods. We can accept no responsibility if any details you provide us with are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect details.
Your Invoice:
All patio heater goods are supplied with a full invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery is made via our appointed secure courier, a signature will be required. Delivery of stock items will normally be made within 1 to 2 working days from the clearance of payment. However, if your order is for an out-of-stock item, we will advise on expected delivery date and ask for confirmation. We shall not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performance of our contract if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest or national emergencies. If so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are only approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, charges, costs or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Delivery charges to mainland UK addresses on orders for patio heaters placed before 2.30pm:
* Standard 1 to 2 day £9.75
* Next Working Day £12.75 (no weekend deliveries)
* Free delivery, if offered, excludes highlands and islands listed below, a surcharge for the difference between standard and rural rate will apply - please phone to order, online orders will be notified of the surcharge once the order has been placed.
* Patio heater deliveries to highland & islands post codes:
AB31, 33-38, 44-56, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV40-5, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW1-14, KW15-17, PA20, PA21-33, PA34, PA35-40, PA41-48, PH18-26, PH30-42, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Isles, Inner and Outer Hebrides, Shetland and Orkney Isles
The above post codes are charged at £17.85 per parcel rate for courier service.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, are charged at £14.85 (next day schedule is not available) because of the distance involved you may experience a short delay in delivery.
Channel Isles are charged at £53.85 per parcel.
Orders placed after 2.30pm Thursday will be dispatched on Monday.

Our carriers are not authorised to leave goods unsigned, should the courier arrive and fail to obtain a signature they will leave a card with instructions to rebook. Once a card has been left the courier company hold goods for 7 days before returning to sender. The courier company will have completed the obligation to deliver. Goods returned will be subject to a £25.00 re-stock fee. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be processed the following working day (Mon to Fri).
Goods damaged on delivery should be either signed "damaged" with DHL or notified to Urban Industry Ltd within 3 days of delivery. Late claims for damages are rejected by DHL, under their damages policy the customer must provide proof of damage within 7 days of delivery.
If payment by Credit/Debit Card delivery will be the card holder address only. If delivery is required to another address payment can be accepted by cheque, please allow for cheque clearance.
Patio heater accessories and patio heater spare parts are shipped via DHL or The Post Office, Monday to Friday on standard UK service and inclusive of delivery. Spare Parts - Telephone Orders, USA, EC and Export Deliveries:
Orders for small items of patio heater spare parts shipped to USA or EC can be place via the web. Patio heaters orders or large items for USA, EC and export cannot be accepted via the web site, delivery charges for bulky items start at £37.50, please email export@urbind.co.uk (copy and paste) with order details for a delivery quote.
Patio heater spare parts placed online are discounted at £1.50 per item, the price shown online is the discounted price. For spare parts telephoned in the discounted web rate does not apply, please add £1.50 per item to calculate the final amount charged.
Gas Deposit
Cylinder deposits are subject to standard national LPG gas tariff return scales:
70% refundable within Year 1
60% refundable within Year 2
50% refundable within Year 3
45% refundable within Year 4
40% refundable within Year 5
0% refundable after Year 5
Money-Back Guarantee
Should the order not be required the 15 day money back guarantee will refund the cost of the goods. To qualify product must be in original packaging, unused and returned to warehouse in good condition within 15 days of invoice. Patio heater gas control valves are non refundable. once they have been shipped we are unable to verify QC and therefore unable to return to inventory.
Gift Wrap:
Please indicate in your order if the purchase is a gift. Patio Heaters 4U will shrink wrap using a black wrap to obscure all markings. Please note if payment is by Credit/Debit Card delivery is only authorised to the card holder’s address – see above.

Customer Cancellation rights:
Patio Heaters 4U will refund any monies paid for faulty/unwanted goods less the cost of carriage for a 7 day period (starting the day following receipt of goods).
All monies less the cost of our courier charge will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. This is in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Parcels opened will be subject to a £25 QC inspection cost to cover testing and safety inspection of the appliance and spare parts. Returns on thermocouples are subject to a £2.50 inspection test per item.

Security:
Using industry standard SSL, Thawte and RBS WorldPay's unique encryption systems we have a dedicated team devoted to keeping the patioheaters4u.com web site secure. Instead of sending all of your details straight away the RBS WorldPay server initially sets up a secure link between your (the shopper) browser and the RBS WorldPay server. An encryption code is then requested by the RBS WorldPay server and will not upload until it receives the right answer. Your order is then wrapped up and secured before it leaves your browser.

Advertising and Typographical Errors:
All items featured on the web site are for new stock, unless otherwise stated. The description and features outlined are as provided by Patio Heaters 4U. While every care is taken to faithfully reproduce all such descriptions, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt about the item you wish to purchase we recommend you contact one of our sales advisors to discuss the product in more detail. In the event of a product that is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If we have already charged you for the order we will subsequently cancel your order and immediately issue a refund to your account.
Availability of Goods:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. If for any reason the goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. We will not be held responsible for compensating any losses you may suffer if we are unable to supply the goods.
Guarantee:
Commercial grade patio heaters are fully guaranteed for 24 months from date of purchase. Domestic patio heaters also carry a 24 month guarantee on the condition the use is restricted to a domestic setting, for heavy use within a commercial setting the warranty is 6 months from date of invoice. Goods supplied must be assembled and maintained in accordance with the instructions supplied, warranty excludes consumable items. All goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect statutory rights.
