Please have your patio heater model number, serial number or original order number ready.
Standard repair service takes approximately two weeks to complete, express service is available subject to demand.

For patio heater repairs to unbranded models please refer to original supplier, regrettably we are unable to offer repair to patio heaters outside our product range. Due to demand for generic patio heater repair we have made available new stainless steel domestic burners - see BFX150. Check the pole size, if not an exact match, the neck fitting of your old patio heater burner can (in most cases) be fitted to the replacement burner to marry the new patio heater burner with the pole. New patio heater burners carry a 1 year warranty and are fully repairable.
